These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as "the Terms") stipulate the conditions of use for the services (hereinafter referred to as "the Services") provided on this hanabana* website. All users (hereinafter referred to as "Users") must use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Article 1 (Application)
These Terms shall apply to all relationships between users and hanabana** regarding the use of the Service.

5. Acts that may interfere with the operation of hanabana*'s services
6. Acts that use this service for fraudulent purposes, such as collecting or accumulating personal information about other users
7. Acts that cause disadvantage, damage, or discomfort to other users of this service or other third parties
8. Acts of impersonating other users
9. Any other acts that hanabana* deems inappropriate
Article 3 (Disclaimer of Warranty and Disclaimer)
hanabana* does not guarantee, either explicitly or implicitly, that the Service is free from actual or legal defects (including defects related to safety, reliability, accuracy, completeness, validity, suitability for a particular purpose, security, etc., errors, bugs, infringement of rights, etc.).
hanabana* shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the User as a result of the Service.
In addition, hanabana* shall not be liable for any transactions, communications, or disputes, etc., that arise between the User and other Users or third parties regarding the Service.
Article 4 (Changes to Terms of Use)
1. hanabana* may change these Terms of Use without obtaining the individual consent of users in the following cases.

(2) When the change to these Terms of Use does not violate the purpose of the Service Agreement and is reasonable in light of the necessity for the change, the appropriateness of the changed content, and other circumstances related to the change.
2. When changing these Terms of Use pursuant to the preceding paragraph, hanabana* will notify users in advance of the change to these Terms of Use, the content of the changed Terms of Use, and the effective date of the change.
Article 5 (Handling of Personal Information)
hanabana* will manage personal information acquired through the use of this service with the utmost care and handle it appropriately in accordance with the "Privacy Policy."
