Today, I made tamago sando (egg sandwich).
There are many different ways of making, but mine is simple. 1. Make a boild egg. 2. Cut the egg into pices. 3. Add mayonnaise, salt and pepper. 4. Spread butter on the bread. 5. Spread egg mayo (2&3) on the bread. 6. Cut it in two pieces in angle or whatever you like..
While I was cutting the boild eggs into small pieces, I felt like it was an active meditation. :) Cut the eggs while watching the large chunks become smaller and smaller. See the white egg and yellow egg are mixing together and changing textures. Focus the sound of cutting.
Cut the sandwitch slowely.
Decorate them on a plate with crisps. Fruits would be nice.
