Handmade Paper Vase (Recycled Plants)

Do you know you can make a handmade paper in using cut flowers? Paper is made from trees, i.e. plant fibers. Depending on flowers and plants, the quality of paper would be various. 

I mixed lavender, rose, dahlia and gladiolus, and used their fibers. After blended, it became like soil. The finished look of the paper vase is like a bird nest. The surface is rough and easy to crack. 

If you would like to make it smoother and lighter color, it might be an idea to use celery. It is quite good.

Using this paper vase, I made a small flower arrangement. I put a small cup inside of this paper vase and arranged flowers. All flowers are from my garden. :) It is very delicate and needs to be well balanced.
